Spiritual Vision = Divine Design

Spiritual Vision according to Unity Co-founder Charles Fillmore is: "Seeing God as the foundation of all, the Source of all, and the Substance of all.  Seeing the good, the true, and the beautiful everywhere.  In this manner is the eye single and vision perfected" (Revealing Word).  As I look at "Manifesting the Unseen in 2013" and recognize that being fully present to the Indwelling Truth, the Divine Center of Beingness is the key to consciously manifesting and expressing our True nature.  Throughout history we have examples of visionaries, and with spiritual teachings we discover that we too have that same power!  Yes...I have the Power, I have the Control...AND...the Choice is Mine!  The responsibility for right action is also mine.  Proverbs 29:18 reminds us that "where there is no prophecy (vision), the people cast off restraint..."(NRSV).  What is your Spiritual Vision?  Who are the Visionaries that inspire you to see with the single eye and perfected vision?  There are four questions that are relevant to consciously manifesting spiritual vision.  You are invited to take these into meditation and document your responses in the way that is most meaningful for you.  I used to find that journaling was very beneficial, then I would draw the picture as part of the journaling process, this time I found that I was drawing the ideas and including words and short phrases.  Your heart knows, allow the energy of love to guide you in this process.  The four questions are: (1) What keeps me from expressing my Truth all the time? (2) What/How/Who is God/Mother/Father/Source/Creator calling me to be/express?  (3) What am I willing to let go of, eliminate, forgive? and (4) My vision/picture/idea is...?  Spending time in meditation before and after this activity to nurture the spiritual conditions of consciousness will enhance the daily practices for living your divine design.
