Throughout our Minister Search process you have affirmed with us that the “right and perfect minister was available and en route to Unity of the Palm Beaches.”

Our Minister Search Committee was formed in November last year. They used our congregational survey results to identify the skills and qualities of UPB’s right and perfect Minister. The surveys said you wanted someone who will bring these and more to UPB:

• Spiritual inspiration
• Compassion and caring
• Strong prayer consciousness
• Guidance to individual congregants
• Transformational sermons
• Sense of humor

While both candidates invited by the Search Committee had excellent skills and qualities, it was statements like these from your surveys that helped us make our decision:

It is with great hope for the future of Unity of the Palm Beaches that we proudly announce Rev. Rhonda Liles as the new Senior Minister for Unity of the Palm Beaches. Her journey with us begins on Sunday, April 18.
