What is the Prayer Chaplain Program? A Prayer Chaplain is part of a unique sacred service program for Unity of the Palm Beaches' members who desire to take the next step in their spiritual development; and a way to extend the heart, hands, and feet of UPB by supporting members with prayer, and monthly Wellness Calling.
On Sunday, June 2 come meet your Personal Prayer Chaplain and learn about the Prayer Chaplain Program of Unity of the Palm Beaches. Learn about the commitment to sacred service and gratitude for being an instrument of Spirit. Whatever your path to service, however you choose to serve, your willingness to walk with others on the spiritual path blesses the planet. You make a difference!
What is a Prayer Chaplain? A Unity Prayer Chaplain is: Someone who is available to support others on their spiritual journey. Someone who creates and holds sacred space. Someone who lovingly listens and holds what is heard in the strictest of confidence.
Someone who prays with others.
A Prayer Chaplain completes an intensive training and makes the commitment to serve our church community for one year. “Being” a Prayer Chaplain is transformative soul work that deepens one’s spiritual path through prayer and service. Each active member of Unity of the Palm Beaches is assigned a prayer chaplain and receives a "caring call" each month.
