Rev. Taylor E. Stevens
“Unity of the Palm Beaches has been like a magnet in my spiritual career path. Since I arrived in Florida 20 years ago our paths have crossed so often that it just feels natural to be here.”
“Words cannot describe how fabulous he is,’ says congregant Sheree Diamond. “You have to come to a service to experience him.”
Rev. Stevens is an ordained interfaith minister, a 1996 graduate of the New Seminary in New York. He was a long time student and mentee of renowned Unity Minister Eric Butterworth. Prior to the seminary, he spent many years in theater and television. After ordination he founded and led a spiritual collective in West Palm Beach for many years after which he spent time as a freelance spiritual counselor, life coach and itinerant spiritual speaker. He lives in Lake Worth with his husband, Donald Cavanaugh.
Unity of the Palm Beaches meets on Sundays at 11 a.m. in Temple Israel at 1901 North Flagler, West Palm Beach. Offices at the Temple are open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
